At customizeball, we specialize in bespoke products crafted to your specifications. Because each item is uniquely personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted under the conditions outlined below.

1. Our Core Policy

We provide a 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Due to the made-to-order nature of customized goods, refunds are unavailable once manufacturing begins.

Before Finalizing Your Order:

Review all customization details (text, images, colors) carefully before purchase.

Contact us immediately at service@customizeball.com for post-order changes. No modifications are possible once production starts.

2. Refund Restrictions

Personalized items featuring unique details (names, numbers, designs) cannot be resold. Consequently, refunds are strictly unavailable after production initiation.

3. Covered Exchanges (Our Error)

We fully cover exchange costs if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our manufacturing/shipping error.

  • Incorrect personalization occurs due to our production fault.

4. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  • Submit requests within 30 days of delivery.

5. Initiating an Exchange

Email service@customizeball.com with:

  • Order number & contact email

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

  • Brief issue description
    We’ll send a replacement after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Our error: Full cost coverage.

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong customization): Low-cost replacement (return not required).

  • Other exchanges: Customer pays shipping fees.

7. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Exchanges due to address errors provided by customers may incur fees.

8. Product Appearance Note

Slight color variations (up to 20%) may occur between product images online and the physical item due to screen/lighting differences.
